Telling Your Crisis Response Story
Webinar and Story Telling Template

During any crisis, whether social, political, or environmental, non-profit organizations and NGOs must take stock of how they responded and continue to respond to the crisis -- where and how services and resources may have been shifted, and to what end.

In this webinar, Veronica Kapnick offers a framework for “telling your crisis response story”, including a free take-home template, and gives the key quantitative and qualitative data points all organizations should aim to capture in order to

memorialize their response to a crisis situation, including the kinds of questions organizations should ask themselves to help explain their response and what was learned as a result.

We will also discuss how organizations can use what they have learned as a result of their crisis response to amplify their mission and message to community members, funders, and legislators.
