Research & Evaluation
How we do it...Great Impacts designs, implements and manages rigorous single and multi-year evaluations and research studies from “nuts-to-bolts”.
We use robust research designs that utilize surveys, interviews, focus groups, observations, case studies, and other mixed-method approaches that hinge on innovative and strength-based frameworks, including community-based participatory research, rapid-cycle testing and human-centered design.
Our work triangulates data with “on-the-ground realities” with the aim to help organizations examine their impact and efficacy, and demonstrate results that will inform, enlighten and inspire.

How we do it...Research and evaluation is only as good as one’s ability to communicate and understand it.
To support necessary program and organizational shifts, and highlight successes and wins that can be leveraged, scaled and replicated, findings are returned to organizations, programs, participants and stakeholders including funders and the broader community in meaningful and relevant ways.
